Harbour Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Support Manager to cover the North, West, and South Yorkshire. The role is hands-on, travel-flexible, and reports to the Regional Manager to improve quality and ensure service delivery within budget.

• Must be nurse-qualified.

Responsabilidades

• The Regional Support Manager will support any home within a region and be flexible in terms of travel.
• They will report to the Regional Manager and work with the Home management team to implement improvements and ensure quality standards.
• The role aims to ensure a minimum good CQC outcome across homes and support service budgets.
