Job summary
Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Regional Manager for the Devon region to oversee a portfolio of care homes. You will deliver business and quality performance targets, provide direct line management to Care Home managers, and foster a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
You will conduct regular audits, drive action plans, and manage relationships with external stakeholders including CQC and Local Authority.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years regional/multi-site care experience.
- NMC PIN required.
- Devon region role with travel across care homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed monthly Provider/Compliance visits of each Care Home.
- Visit Care Homes regularly and support under-performing homes.
- Agree action plans with Home Manager and assist in delivery of those plans.
- Monitor progress and report non-compliance to Senior Regional Manager.
- Support Governance meetings and audits; develop training and coaching for Home Managers.
