Job summary

Sense is seeking an Operations Manager for the North region to oversee a portfolio of services across Leeds, Wakefield and Accrington. The role is home-based with regular travel to sites and occasional remote work.

You will lead a team of managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality care across multiple locations. Applicants should have Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent, a UK driving license, and a track record in safeguarding, risk

Qualifications

• UK Driving License is essential and mileage is reimbursed.
• Regulatory compliance with CQC standards is a core responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-site services and teams.
• Strong governance over occupancy, budgets and local authority negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services across the North region including Leeds, Wakefield and Accrington.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to Registered Managers and Service Managers.
• Ensure consistently high operational performance across dispersed sites.
• Lead safeguarding, risk management and positive risk-taking initiatives.
