Sense is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the North region, covering Leeds, Wakefield and Accrington. The role involves regular travel with occasional remote work and home-based duties with travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding and risk management within social care.
• Ability to lead and develop Registered Managers and Service Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance for all services to meet CQC standards.
• Maintain an Outstanding or Good rating across supported living, residential, and community settings.
• Provide direct oversight and mentorship to site managers across a dispersed geographic area.
• Oversee occupancy, local authority negotiations, and multi-site staffing budgets for viability and quality care.
