Job summary

Achieve together is seeking an experienced Regional/Operations Manager to lead multiple care homes. You will coach home managers, drive performance, and ensure high standards of care across the area. Collaboration with the Operations Director and SLT is key as you deliver budgets and rapid improvements.

You will handle regulatory responsibilities, stakeholder relationships, and on-call duties, supporting the wider Operations Management Team to meet the organisation’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Level 5 QCF or above in leadership and/or health and social care.
• Experience of multisite leadership with a track record of delivering.
• Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge and performance drive.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop home managers and help them achieve performance and potential.
• Provide visible leadership to multiple homes and ensure high standards of care.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements are met across all homes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to keep people supported at the centre.
• Deliver and manage the area budget and address shortfalls with action plans.
• Participate in on-call out of hours rota and support the operations team.
