Job summary

Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of care homes. You will develop Home Managers, drive quality and financial performance, and ensure high standards of care across dementia, nursing and mental health services.

You will shape regional priorities, make decisive improvements, and work closely with HR to manage workforce risk, recruitment and onboarding. Expect regular travel and on-call duties as part of a strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership in care home sector.
• Strong clinical leadership across nursing, dementia and mental health services.
• Good understanding of CQC requirements and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
