Sunbelt Rentals Limited is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to win and develop revenue streams from major customers across London and surrounding areas in the Non Mechanical sector.

You will work with Sales, Account Management and Marketing to deliver a commercial strategy, improve order capture, and drive ROI across multiple channels. The role emphasizes collaboration, tender leadership and cross-selling across divisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience with large customers.
• Sales management experience with team development.
• Commercial acumen to propose competitive contracts.
• Tender & Bid writing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of hire contracts and terms.
• Teamwork across procurement, tenders, marketing and sales.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement a performance management process for the Non Mechanical Sales community to improve capability, call activity, portfolio and area growth.
• Develop and manage a national project and portfolio pipeline to drive new business growth through relevant sales channels and business sectors.
• Work with National accounts to promote and increase the Lifting 'Share of wallet' within National Accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and collateral with new products and services.
• Identify new markets and underpenetrated sectors and devise strategies to gain traction and market share.
• Develop pricing governance, discounting and ROI controls.
• Promote cross selling opportunities across Sunbelt Rentals divisions.
