Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to win and grow Accommodation and Welfare revenue from National Accounts, End Markets, and Mega Projects. You will optimize revenue across multiple channels, propose differentiated value, and drive an enhanced customer experience through a structured development program.

Qualifications

• Considerable sales experience with large customers.
• Commercial acumen to propose competitive contracts and bids.
• Tender & Bid writing experience to secure profitable opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of hire contracts and terms.
• Teamwork across groups to build customer proposals and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of accounts and projects with National accounts & End Markets teams.
• Collaborate with business units to route to market and increase engagement.
• Present compelling propositions to senior stakeholders around offerings and sustainability.
• Represent Sunbelt Rentals professionally with key external stakeholders.
• Lead on tender bids ensuring profitability and ROI, coordinating bids teams and marketing.
• Maintain strict sales pipeline management using CRM aligned to KPIs.
• Act as trusted advisor for Accommodation in the region and market opportunities.
• Stay updated on products, competitors and market conditions.
• Create strategies to reach new business opportunities and opportunities expansion.
• Deliver timely, comprehensive reports within your business area.
• Develop Customer Development plans by region/sector to maximise revenue.
