Job summary

Puma Investments is seeking two Hybrid Business Development Managers to join our Business Development team. One role will cover the East Midlands region, while the other covers East Anglia. You will focus on developing relationships with wealth managers and IFAs to raise funds and awareness of our investment offers.

The role is hybrid, combining internal collaboration with client-facing activity. You will work with CRM systems, target-driven processes and coordinate with marketing, operations

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling to wealth managers and IFAs.
• Strong client relationship building and advisory skills.
• Able to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Good consultative sales approach with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Offering ongoing support and management to our clients (current and prospective).
• Liaising with internal and external parties for inbound queries and investor information.
• Handling telephone queries from financial intermediaries and actioning appropriately.
• Proactively increasing fundraising through outreach and meetings per Head of Business Development.
• Attending and speaking at roadshows and events as an ambassador for Puma Investments.
• Working with Client Relations, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Gathering market feedback to help develop new products and campaigns.
• Contributing to regional fundraising targets on a quarterly basis.
