Job summary

Quilter Cheviot seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our adviser network in Leeds and surrounding areas. The role is hybrid, combining regional travel with office collaboration and a close partnership with Investment Managers.

You will be responsible for developing opportunities, targeting new advisers, and delivering on a defined business plan while ensuring compliant, high‑quality client service.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have an industry Level 4 qualification – CISI, CFA or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in financial services within local markets.
• A clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Quilter Cheviot’s discretionary investment proposition and related services to financial advisers in the Leeds region.
• Establish annual targets with the Head of Business Development - Advice and achieve new business KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisers and investment managers to onboard new accounts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the corporate CRM and provide regular reports to management.
