Zusammenfassung

Moto Direct is seeking a Business Development Manager (Parts and Accessories) to grow our commercial activity across the region. This field-based role involves regular contact with customers, distributors, workshops and retailers, with autonomy to plan visits and develop the regional business.

You will identify new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and deliver growth in line with company objectives, working closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities and profits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the motorcycle parts and accessories sector is crucial.
• Experience in business development, field sales, account management or distribution.
• Experience developing a regional customer portfolio and winning new business.
• Strong understanding of commercial development and sales performance tracking.
• Ability to plan territory and prioritize visits.
• Good working knowledge of CRM/ERP and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the regional commercial strategy.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the territory.
• Grow existing customer accounts and increase sales and loyalty in parts and accessories.
• Build relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops and retailers.
• Present and promote products, campaigns and initiatives.

• Monitor sales performance, margins and pipeline.
