Job summary

BT Local Business South Yorkshire, Humber, Derbyshire & Leicestershire is seeking an Account Manager to be based on-site in Rotherham. You will manage and grow a portfolio of business customers across South Yorkshire, Humber, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, building strong relationships and understanding clients' technology needs.

You will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate with internal teams, and support local marketing activities to increase brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in sales or business development, including proposal creation and contract negotiation.
• Good understanding of telecommunications, connectivity, or technology services, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
