Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks a Regional Business Sales Specialist to join a leading provider of scientific and analytical solutions in the UK, covering the Midlands. You will drive growth for analytical instrumentation, engage in pre-sales discussions, and tailor solutions to customer needs.

The role requires a scientific degree and proven solution-selling experience, with travel within the territory and collaboration with service and marketing teams to forecast and close deals.

Qualifications

• A scientific degree or higher in chemistry, analytical sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, or related fields.
• Proven solution-selling experience, ideally with chromatography systems, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry, plus hands-on lab work.
• Strong understanding of mass spectrometry and chromatography theory, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, including occasional international travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of analytical and material testing product range within the designated territory through proactive sales and strategic planning.
• Engage in pre-sales technical discussions, assess customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions to secure sales closures.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities and applications of the technology to customers.
• Collaborate with service, product specialists, and marketing to deliver exceptional support and align with customer objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, using SAP CRM for forecasting and reporting.
