Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Specialist to cover the Midlands for a leading provider of analytical instrumentation and material testing solutions in the UK.

The role focuses on driving sales of UHPLC, LC-MS, GC and spectroscopy solutions, engaging with customers across industries, delivering tailored proposals, and leading pre‑sales discussions. A scientific degree and hands-on chromatography/mass spectrometry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy or related fields.
• Proven experience in solution selling with chromatography systems; MS experience desirable.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in chromatography, spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
• Familiarity with chromatography software and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and revenue growth of analytical instruments in the Midlands.
• Collaborate with service, product specialists and marketing to offer solutions.
• Prepare and implement strategic business plans, territory strategies, and proposals.
• Lead pre-sales discussions, evaluate requirements, and manage the sales process to close.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
