Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks a Regional Business Sales Specialist to drive growth for analytical instrumentation across the Midlands. You will engage in pre-sales technical discussions, demonstrate products, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

The role requires solid scientific education, experience in chromatography/mass spectrometry, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

Degree or higher in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, or related field.
Proven solution sales experience with chromatography systems, spectroscopy, and MS.
Strong mass spectrometry and chromatography theory; quick learner.
Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional international travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Grow analytical and material testing product range in designated territory through proactive sales and planning.
Lead pre-sales technical discussions; assess requirements and recommend solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of technology capabilities.
Collaborate with service, product specialists, and marketing for optimal support.
Maintain CRM records for customer interactions and sales forecasting.
