Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks a Regional Business Specialist to drive the sales of analytical instruments across the North West of England. The role blends scientific understanding with customer-focused selling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will engage with customers, provide tailored solutions, and work with service and marketing teams to deliver value and growth in the scientific and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry or related field.
• Proven experience in solution selling with chromatography background.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry.
• Understanding of MS and chromatography theory and applications; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth for analytical instrument portfolio (UHPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, spectroscopy).
• Collaborate with service, product specialists and marketing to provide integrated customer solutions.
• Prepare strategic plans, territory strategies, reports and tender documents to hit business objectives.
• Lead pre-sales discussions, assess customer requirements and manage sales cycle from lead to close.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and drive innovation.
