Job summary

Vectra AI in London seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the UK. The role is full-time and hybrid, with some work-from-home flexibility, and requires engaging with security and IT leaders to advance cybersecurity solutions.

You will manage the sales pipeline, lead meetings and demos with pre-sales engineers, collaborate with partners, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed targets, while reporting on market trends and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales including account management.
• Strong consultative selling, solution positioning, and value-based negotiations.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams across sales, marketing, and technical functions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, cloud and hybrid environments, and enterprise IT infrastructures; experience selling security or AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar), pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Manage the sales pipeline and lead customer meetings and product presentations.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers on solution proposals and demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Partner with marketing, channel partners, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market plans.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner activities.
