Job summary

Torq is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the UK market from the London area. Join our fast-growing EMEA sales team and drive new business for our AI SOC platform, partnering with enterprise customers to transform their security operations.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic territory plans, and collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing and Channel partners to accelerate growth from London. This remote role is based in the London area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Enterprise cybersecurity sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding quota and winning new business.
• Experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms into enterprise organizations.
• Strong executive presence with C-level engagement.
• Experience with solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality.
• Thrives in fast-growing startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell Torq's AI SOC platform to transform Security Operations.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Develop executive relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
• Drive complex multi-stakeholder opportunities across technical and business buyers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing and Channel teams.
• Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce.
