Salary: Up to £55,000 + 15% bonus potential + excellent company benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday (office based all 5 days)
Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced AftersalesPerformance Analyst to join a rapidly growing automotive organisation. Thisis an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical, and proactiveindividual to support the Aftersales leadership team in driving operationalperformance across a national retailer and service network.
The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoringaftersales performance, managing reporting processes, coordinating managementmeetings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role will be office based in our clients head office inChiswick Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Supportthe Aftersales leadership team in consolidating and reviewing regional anddepartmental performance reports.
- Monitorkey performance indicators including customer satisfaction, warrantyperformance, service revenue, and parts sales.
- Produceanalytical summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities forimprovement.
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect,manage, and analyse operational data from regional and head officeaftersales teams.
- Maintainreporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Organiseand coordinate regular management meetings, reviews, and workshops.
- Preparepresentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management.
Process Improvement
- Identifyoperational bottlenecks and support the implementation of more efficientprocesses.
- Assistwith the introduction of new systems and reporting tools to improveaccuracy and efficiency.
- Contributeto continuous improvement initiatives across the aftersales function.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracyand timeliness of aftersales reporting.
- Completionrate of actions arising from management meetings.
- Qualityand insightfulness of performance analysis.
- Contributionto measurable reporting and process efficiency improvements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimumof 3 years' experience within aftersales operations, data analysis,business administration, or a related automotive environment.
- Stronganalytical, organisational, and coordination skills.
- Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experienceusing data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Excellentattention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactiveapproach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Abilityto work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
