• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Aftersales department.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams.

• Maximise workshop productivity and profitability.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee Service and Parts operations, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and company protocols.
• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and manufacturer representatives.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue streams and improved customer retention.
