Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking an experienced Aftersales Service Manager to lead and develop dealer networks across the region, ensuring high service standards and strong customer satisfaction.

You will drive initiatives to enhance dealer capability, monitor standards, manage customer complaints, and collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver sustainable growth. The role requires extensive experience in automotive service operations and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in automotive service operation.
• Proven track record of success in aftersales service management, particularly within a regional setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in utilising digital tools and platforms for service operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Commitment to improving customer satisfaction and driving the success of the aftersales business.

Responsibilities

• Developing Service Capabilities: Support Dealers to achieve Dealer Standards and train staff.
• Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: drive initiatives to boost satisfaction and support campaigns.
• Monitoring Dealer Standards: ensure compliance and conduct audits with feedback.
• Managing Customer Complaints: assist in resolving issues and coach dealers.
• Operational Analysis And Improvement: analyse performance and drive regional growth.
