BYD seeks a Regional After-Sales Leader to coordinate regional affairs and drive performance across markets in Greater London. You will plan and implement after-sales strategies, oversee task execution, and lead training and evaluation of service personnel to elevate customer satisfaction.

You will manage service-store quality, handle customer complaints, and drive brand image improvements while collaborating with other departments. UK residency is required; CET-6 preferred for language skills.

Qualifications

• Power battery technology knowledge, familiarity with office software and the five quality tools.
• Good communication skills and understanding of basic business etiquette.
• CET-6 is preferred for language proficiency.
• Major in science and engineering is preferred.
• UK permanent resident status is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all regional affairs, achieve performance indicators, manage front-end risks, and demonstrate strong team leadership.
• Plan after-sales service strategy aligned with company strategy for internal and external customers to ensure service effectiveness.
• Break down and execute after-sales tasks to improve customer satisfaction in the responsible market.
• Lead training, motivation, evaluation and assessment of after-sales personnel across markets.
• Help service stores improve service/maintenance quality and handle customer complaints within jurisdiction.
• Handle customer feedback on product or service quality and opinions.
• Oversee all regional projects and handle major exceptions.
• Assist other departments to handle relevant affairs and enhance brand image and customer/employee satisfaction.
