Role Overview

As part of a growing team, you will manage and grow McCain’s portfolio across diverse accounts, focusing on on & off premise independent operator groups. Your goal is to grow core products and launch new brands, maximizing relationships and winning new business.

Responsibilities
  • Construct compelling propositions with support from McCain teams
  • Identify new business opportunities using tools like Salesforce and CRM
  • Demonstrate leadership in account management, including preparation, presentation, and financial management
  • Use customer insights to maximize portfolio and profitability
  • Manage P&L, forecast, and deliver results
  • Collaborate with distributor teams to drive growth
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings
  • Support regional leadership and take on additional projects as needed

Candidate Profile

If you love potatoes, cheese, and veg, and have experience in regional sales within the foodservice industry, you might be a great fit. You should also have:

  • Proven success in managing diverse sales teams
  • Experience in strategic planning and major account management
  • P&L experience and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of the foodservice market and branded environments
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM is a plus
