Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Account Manager to secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory. You will lead the sales cycle, build relationships with regional clients, and perform building surveys and system design with innovation.

You will work with education, healthcare, industrial and large commercial sectors, with support from surveyors, designers, and estimators for large projects. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in account management or project sales in technical sectors.
• Experience selling B2B technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and drive pipeline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales cycle and build client relationships.
• Develop and present technical proposals to board level.
• Collaborate with Estimator/Technical Bid Manager for large proposals.
• Drive pipeline growth and hit defined sales targets.
• Conduct building surveys and assist in design of fire/security systems where needed.
