Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Account Manager to secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory in Reading and Oxford. You will lead the sales cycle, develop relationships with regional clients, and deliver building surveys and system design with innovation.

You will work with education, healthcare, industrial and large commercial sectors, manage leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with estimators and designers on large proposals.

Qualifications

• Track record in account management or large project sales.
• Experience selling technical solutions B2B.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales cycles and build relationships with regional clients.
• Collaborate with team to identify opportunities and win bids.
