Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager to secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory, building strong relationships with regional clients in education, healthcare, industrial and large commercial sectors.

You will lead the sales cycle, conduct surveys and system design with a focus on innovation. For large projects, support from surveyors, designers and estimators is available to ensure successful bids and strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven success in account or project sales in a technical sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined sales territory.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with regional clients to secure projects.
• Lead the sales cycle and carry out surveys and system design where needed.
• Manage leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with estimators/bid managers for large proposals.
• Aim for pipeline growth and hit defined sales targets.
