TeamJobs is recruiting a Regional Account Manager to join a growing British lifestyle brand known for its stylish and practical clothing and accessories. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in field sales and a passion for building strong customer relationships within retail.

The Role:
You will take full ownership of your territory, managing relationships with department stores, fashion boutiques, garden centres, and outdoor specialists. This home-based, field sales role involves visiting accounts, presenting seasonal collections, securing new stockists, and building long-term brand loyalty. You will also attend trade shows and collaborate with the head office team regularly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve seasonal sales targets (Spring/Summer & Autumn/Winter).
2. Manage an established portfolio of retail accounts.
3. Build strong customer relationships and promote brand enthusiasm.
4. Identify and onboard new stockists aligned with brand values.
5. Conduct range reviews and ensure brand standards are maintained in-store.
6. Attend quarterly business reviews and trade shows.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven success in field sales, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail, working with independent retailers.
2. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while staying connected with the team.
4. Based in the South East with the ability to travel across Hampshire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Kent, and surrounding areas.
5. Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role (sample bags and displays).

The Package:

1. £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
2. VW Transporter vehicle (personal use included).
3. £1000 worth of product per year + additional uniform allowance.
4. 22 days holiday (rising to 25) + early finish Fridays in summer.
