Job summary

TipTopJob in Birmingham, West Midlands, is seeking a committed HR Recruiter to join our main office and support a care company delivering elderly and lifelong condition care. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, interview candidates, coordinate onboarding, process DBS checks, and maintain HR records.

You will lead a small team, plan staffing campaigns, support payroll and reporting, and ensure compliant, safe recruitment aligned with CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience with a care company.
• Experience advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates via ATS, online job boards and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR, right to work and safer recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of health and social care and CQC requirements.
• Experience with home office sponsorship and interview formats.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to attract candidates.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed HR Recruiter to work in the main office of an exceptional care company based in the Birmingham, West Midlands area

This is a fantastic office based opportunity to join a market leading Care Company specialising in supporting people with various lifelong conditions including elderly care and learning disabilities

As a Recruiter Your Key Duties Include

• Post suitable adverts and posts to attract candidates
• Sit in on and carry out interviews

• Be knowledgeable on home office, right to work, compliance, done compliance checks, sponsorship etc, face to face and video interviews, doing adverts

To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in recruitment

The successful Recruiter will receive an excellent salary of GBP30,000 : GBP35,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working from 9am:5pm.
