Job summary

Leaders In Care Nottingham is seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment for its Complex Care division. Based in our Nottingham office, you will work with operational teams to understand staffing needs and attract high-calibre care professionals.

The role offers a part-time pattern of 22.5 hours over three days, with Friday required, and includes free on-site parking. You will deliver a positive candidate journey, ensure compliance, and support growth of Complex Care services.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within social care, healthcare or complex care.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and safer recruitment procedures.
• Experience recruiting staff who require sponsorship would be advantageous.
• Confidence using an ATS to manage recruitment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment process, from advert through to onboarding.
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for Complex Care vacancies.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate journeys.
• Completing compliance, right-to-work and safer recruitment checks.
• Supporting recruitment processes for candidates requiring sponsorship.
• Working closely with operational teams to understand staffing priorities.
• Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities effectively.
• Delivering a professional, positive and engaging candidate experience.

Salary: £19,200 per annum (part-time, 22.5 hours per week)

An established and growing care provider is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Recruiter to join its Complex Care division in Nottingham.

The Role
