Marston Holdings Recruiter role in Rochdale with hybrid working (3 days in the office per week) supports large-scale hiring across our multi-brand organisation. The role aims to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

You’ll manage campaigns, conduct telephone pre-screens, and work with hiring managers to fill roles quickly while building strong candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• Previous volume recruitment experience (in-house or agency) - Essential
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library - Essential
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once - Essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on getting results

Aufgaben

• Managing recruitment campaigns across a range of roles - front-line volume and specialist areas
• Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, assessing candidate suitability and attitude
• Delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
• Working closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and at pace
• Using a variety of attraction methods to source and generate strong candidate pipelines
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process throughout
