Marston Holdings is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to support large-scale hiring across our multi-brand organisation in Rochdale. You will manage campaigns, screen candidates by phone, and guide applicants from first contact to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and maintain smooth recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous volume recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Marston Holdings is a leading provider of essential services to both the public and private sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Group Talent function and are seeking a high-energy Recruiter to support large-scale hiring across our multi-brand organisation.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the centre of our hiring activity, supporting multiple frontline operational areas and specialist teams - helping us meet ongoing workforce demands.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing recruitment campaigns across a range of roles - front-line volume and specialist areas
• Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, assessing candidate suitability and attitude
• Delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
• Working closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and at pace
• Using a variety of attraction methods to source and generate strong candidate pipelines
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process throughout

What We’re Looking For

• Previous volume recruitment experience (in-house or agency) - Essential
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library - Essential
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once - Essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on getting results
