Job summary

The Recruitment Fix is seeking an experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with a background in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar, who wants an excellent working environment, hybrid flexibility, and strong earning opportunities.

You will be responsible for establishing and growing your own client base in permanent and temporary recruitment, be accountable for your performance, and enjoy autonomy within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment is essential.
• Ability to grow and manage a client base in permanent/temporary recruitment.
• Demonstrated accountability, autonomy and results‑driven approach.
• Willingness to commute to Rochdale within a 20‑mile radius of the office.

Key Qualifications

• Have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
• Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment
• Be accountable for your own performance, while enjoying autonomy and results‑driven flexibility
• Have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
• Be able to commute to Rochdale for some office working (within a 20‑mile radius of our office)

Responsibilities

• You will be a key part of our company’s growth and create your own career path
• You will be based at home and usually 2 days per week office based
• Focus predominantly on permanent and temporary recruitment, ideally within Engineering and Manufacturing (with consideration for other sectors you are confident in)
• You will get all the tools and support required to be successful
