Marston Holdings is seeking a Recruiter to support large-scale hiring across its multi-brand organisation. Based in Rochdale, OL11 1RY, the role sits in our Group Talent function and offers hybrid working with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.

You will manage campaigns, conduct pre-screen interviews, partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous volume recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns across frontline and specialist roles.
• Conduct telephone pre-screen interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and quickly.
• Source and build strong candidate pipelines using multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and drive a smooth process.
