Marston Holdings is seeking a Recruiter to support large-scale hiring across its multi-brand organisation. Based in Rochdale, OL11 1RY, the role sits in our Group Talent function and offers hybrid working with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.

You will manage campaigns, conduct pre-screen interviews, partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous volume recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns across frontline and specialist roles.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the centre of ourhiring activity, supporting multiple frontlineoperational areas and specialist teams - helping us meet ongoing workforce demands.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managingrecruitment campaigns across a range of roles - front-line volume and specialist areas
• Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, assessing candidate suitability and attitude
• Delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
• Working closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and at pace
• Using a variety of attraction methods to source and generate strong candidate pipelines
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process throughout

What we’re looking for

• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library - Essential
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once- Essential

• Strong resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
