The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Screener to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, speaking to candidates, and playing a key part in getting the right people into the business.

You will be responsible for screening candidate applications, conducting initial screening calls, and booking interviews for our Talent Acquisition Partners. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our candidates and play a vital role in delivering a positive candidate experience. You’ll also provide occasional support and cover for TA Co-Ordinator activities when required.

What you’ll be doing
  • Reviewing and screening high volumes of candidate applications
  • Conducting initial screening calls to assess suitability, availability and right to work
  • Booking interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and notes within the ATSManaging recruitment inboxes and responding to candidate queries
  • Supporting wider Talent Acquisition activity during peak periods
What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates by phone
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, friendly and candidate-focused approach
  • Experience in recruitment, screening, administration or a candidate-facing role is desirable, but not essential
