Job summary

Pinson Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Sales Support / Administrator to join our fast-growing team. You will screen CVs, source candidates, place job adverts, manage our ATS, and assist with onboarding for agency workers, providing essential admin support to the recruitment team.

This role offers immediate exposure to high-volume logistics and client requirements in the traffic management sector, with a friendly, collaborative team and clear opportunities to develop within a growing

Qualifications

1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced environment.
1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM.
Great at multitasking and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Screen CVs and source candidates to fill roles efficiently.
Place job adverts and manage our ATS for timely campaigns.
Assist with onboarding for agency workers and provide admin support to recruiters.
Coordinate communications with clients, candidates and hiring managers.
Support the recruitment team with organising schedules and documentation.
