Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking a Sales Support / Administrator to join our fast-growing recruitment team in the traffic management sector. You will screen CVs, source candidates, place adverts and manage our ATS to keep processes flowing smoothly.

You’ll support onboarding for agency workers and provide essential admin support to recruiters, helping the team hit client needs with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM.
• Great at multitasking.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work.

Responsibilities

• Screen CVs and source candidates to fill vacancies.
• Place job adverts and manage our ATS to track applicants.
• Assist with onboarding for agency workers and coordination tasks.
• Provide recruitment team with administrative support and reports.
• Coordinate with recruiters to keep pipelines moving efficiently.
