Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is a fast-growing recruitment agency in the traffic management sector. We seek a Sales Support / Administrator to back our recruitment team and gain exposure to operational logistics, client requirements, and industry compliance in a dynamic environment.

You will screen CVs, source candidates, place job adverts, manage the ATS, assist with onboarding for agency workers, and provide essential administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector (Required)
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM system (e.g., Workable, Vincere)
