Job summary

Pinson is seeking a highly organised Junior Recruitment Coordinator to bolster our fast-growing team in the traffic management sector. You will screen CVs, source candidates, place adverts, manage our ATS, assist onboarding, and provide admin support to the recruitment team.

We expect a proactive, detail-oriented communicator with 1 year in recruitment and strong Office 365/ATS familiarity. A rewarding, collaborative environment and clear development pathways await you.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry is nice to have.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM system.
• Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about the work.

Responsibilities

• Screen CVs, source candidates and place job adverts.
• Manage ATS and assist with onboarding for agency workers.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Support recruiters to focus on client acquisition and placements.
