Job summary

Pinson is seeking a highly organised Sales Support / Administrator to join our fast-growing traffic management recruitment team in Gravesend. You will screen CVs, source candidates, place adverts, manage our ATS, and support the recruitment team with everyday admin tasks.

The role offers exposure to high-volume recruitment, with a focus on client requirements and industry compliance, plus a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities to develop within the business.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector (Required).
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM system.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work.

Responsibilities

• Screen CVs and source candidates.
• Place job adverts and manage our ATS/CRM system.
• Assist with onboarding for agency workers.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
