Job summary

GNA Group in Sevenoaks is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Blue Collar division. You will source, screen and manage candidates for temporary and permanent construction vacancies, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a £27,000 base salary plus a monthly bonus, early finish Fridays, team events, training and clear progression into Recruitment Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening construction candidates
• Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks
• Using job boards, databases and recruitment tools to identify talent
• Updating and maintaining our ATS/CRM system
• Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions
• Supporting consultants with live vacancies and candidate bookings
• Lead generation and market research
• Occasional site visits and PPE deliveries

Salary: £27,000 per annum + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday | 07:30 - 16:30

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Blue Collar division.

Previous recruitment experience is preferred; however, we are equally interested in driven individuals with strong communication skills, a great work ethic and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment.

The Role

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and permanent construction vacancies.
