CJS Recruitment Limited is growing its recruitment team and seeks two Resourcing Consultants to support experienced Recruitment Consultants in either construction or education sectors.

The role focuses on building candidate relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering a high level of service to candidates and clients. It offers a proactive, team-driven environment with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, administration or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills and highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, databases and other channels.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline and keep touch with candidates.
• Conduct initial screening by phone and complete registrations.
• Verify qualifications, right to work and references.
• Coordinate candidate bookings and availability to keep processes smooth.
• Provide day-to-day support to Recruitment Consultants and maintain CRM records.
• Write engaging job adverts to attract talent and keep CRM up to date.

Join our growing recruitment team.

Are you organised, proactive and great with people? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We're looking for two Resourcing Consultants to join our growing team and become the right-hand support to one of our experienced Recruitment Consultants, working across either our construction or education recruitment teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and making things happen. You'll play a key role in finding great candidates, getting them fully compliant and helping our consultants deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing great candidates through job boards, social media, our database and other channels
• Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline, keeping in touch with candidates and understanding their availability
• Speaking to candidates by phone, carrying out initial screening and completing registrations
• Vetting candidates and making sure all required compliance documentation is in place
• Checking qualifications, right to work documents and references
• Coordinating candidate bookings and availability, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Building strong candidate relationships and becoming a trusted first point of contact
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract new talent
• Keeping our CRM and candidate records accurate and up to date
• Providing day-to-day support to your Recruitment Consultant and helping to keep a busy recruitment desk running efficiently

Profile

• Confident, friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership
• Positive, enthusiastic and someone who enjoys being part of a team
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experienced in recruitment, administration, customer service or a similar people-focused role
• Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and getting things done.
