Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Resourcer to join our busy office at Queenslie Industrial Estate. You will support recruitment consultants with daily activities to ensure excellent service to clients and candidates.

Key tasks include CV search and sourcing for temp roles, candidate management, arranging interviews, and maintaining up-to-date records in our in-house database.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing CVs for temporary roles.
• Ability to pre-screen and telephone interview candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the database.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating CVs for submission for Temp roles.
• Source and select candidates using database, job boards, social media campaigns etc.
• Identify skills to match against vacancies.
• Help to come up with ideas of better ways of recording skills, finding the right candidates.
• Pre-screen and telephone interview candidates and arrange interviews for consultants.
• Network and promote vacancies to potential candidates.
• Deal with day to day calls and enquiries.
• Weekly payroll inputting hours onto inhouse system.

• Deal with general queries
