Job summary

The Results People in Kettering are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team, supporting our clients and their operations. You will work closely with management to understand recruitment needs and deliver a high-quality service.

You will source candidates using CV databases, job boards and events, and manage the full process from first contact through onboarding. Full-time position with 09:00–17:00 hours, salary £25,842 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is desirable (min 6 months).
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Understand recruitment needs with management and client requirements.
• Deliver high-quality recruitment service to clients.
• Source candidates using CV databases, job boards, and events.
• Manage full recruitment process from contact to onboarding.
• Register candidates and ensure compliance up to date.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essential
