You will manage the candidate side of the recruitment process, from outreach and interviews to job offers. A successful Recruitment Resourcer can build and maintain rapport with candidates in a professional and beneficial relationship.

Role Specifics

This role involves focused candidate sourcing within the Pharmaceutical sector, building relationships with senior candidates, managing interview schedules, and handling the 180 recruitment process. You will receive comprehensive training and work alongside top billers, providing excellent learning opportunities.
