Recruitment Resourcer - Part-time

This role is part-time, Monday-Wednesday, 9.00am-5.30pm. It is 100% office-based in the RG2 0 area.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and internal networks, and also:

• Conduct screening calls to assess skills and behavior
• Liaise with clients throughout the recruitment process from initial brief to onboarding
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met
• Develop a talent pool within niche markets

Role Requirements:

• Provide first-class recruitment service by building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand client job descriptions and requirements
• Source candidates effectively via job boards and LinkedIn
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients
• Maintain CRM and VMS systems
• Support ad-hoc recruitment tasks as needed
