Job Description:

Overview and Responsibilities

The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people, and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator (home based) to support our recruitment team managing all permanent and FTC recruitment across our UK sites.

The Role:

This is an exciting time at Aurora as we are rapidly expanding. To support this growth, we have built a central resourcing function to manage a large number of vacancies, mainly in care and education sectors.

Your responsibilities include supporting our Recruitment Partners with candidate attraction, advertising roles, searching on job boards, promoting roles, maintaining our ATS, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.

Experience in recruitment within care or education sectors is desirable but not essential. Key qualities include being organized, proactive, and capable of providing professional service throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • Ideally recruitment resourcing or administration experience (in-house or agency), or a keen interest in starting a career in Recruitment/HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, administration, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and work under pressure
