People Solutions in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Industrial team. This role offers a clear path for long-term career development within a thriving recruitment branch, with full training and ongoing support.

You will source and match candidates, write engaging job adverts, utilise social media and job boards, shortlist and interview applicants, and help with onboarding while building talent pools for current and future vacancies.

Recruitment Resourcer - Industrial - Birmingham

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our well-established Industrial team based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within recruitment, joining a thriving and expanding branch with genuine opportunities for progression.

As part of a growing team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while receiving ongoing support, training, and career development.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Administrator or Candidate Consultant.

Rates of Pay:

• £28,000 per annum

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 & Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
