Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Warrington is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our growing Industrial team. You will support clients and their operations by delivering a high-quality recruitment service and helping place candidates across warehouse roles.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with full training provided. A proactive, organised approach and a driving licence are required or desirable.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is desirable (min 6 months) but not essential.
• Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand recruitment needs and client requirements.
• Deliver high-quality recruitment service to clients.
• Source candidates using CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Register new candidates and ensure compliance is up to date.
• Support the team with general recruitment administration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration
