Job summary

Pyramid8 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to source and attract great talent across a varied range of vacancies. This office-based role, located in WF10, runs Monday to Thursday and works closely with recruitment consultants to connect clients with the right people.

You will proactively source candidates, screen CVs, build talent pools and manage candidate communications, ensuring timely feedback and high-quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role.
• Confident sourcing candidates and screening CVs across roles.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills, with ability to engage candidates.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and social media.
• Reviewing CVs, conducting telephone screening and assessing candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships and talent pools.
• Matching candidates to live vacancies across sectors and levels.
• Arranging interviews, providing feedback and updating records.
• Maintaining recruitment database and coordinating with consultants.

Pyramid8 Recruitment has been established for 20 years, building strong relationships with businesses and candidates. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in sourcing and attracting great talent across a varied range of vacancies.

Working closely with our recruitment consultants, you'll be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, building talent pools and ensuring we connect our clients with the right people. This role is Monday to Thursday and is office based in WF10.

The role

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and social media.
• Reviewing CVs, conducting telephone screening and assessing candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships and talent pools.
• Matching candidates to live vacancies across a range of sectors and job levels.
• Arranging interviews, managing candidate communication and providing feedback.
• Keeping candidate records and the recruitment database up to date.
• Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements and recruitment priorities.

• Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role is essential.
